Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once a tracking number is provided and package tracking says it was delivered to you.

Damages and issues- Returns or refund can be issued only on damaged items- please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and return the product back to us that's in questioning before we can issue a refund or exchange.
